How long will I wait to receive my tune files & when can I get support if I have issues?

We custom build each and every calibration per your vehicle stock read/ECM info along with what you have requested - that being said we may take up to five business days to deliver.

Our tuning department operates within a MON-FRI and 10AM-3PM window - please respect our time off outside of this window and do not expect support outside of this window unless a special request is made - such as remote dyno support or should you find yourself in an event/competition where you would like your tuner on stand-by.

Legal information

While we do offer emissions intact tuning, some of our customers operate the vehicles we calibrate in an off-road race only application and is only where emissions off (deleted) tuning is to be used. It is your responsibility to ensure you are operating your vehicle within all local and federal laws.

While we always stand behind our work and when/if issues should arise we will always find a way to help our customers however modifiying your vehicle past its factory form in any way becomes the liability of you, the owner, and you, the owner, cannot and shall not pursue us legally should a mechanical or electronic part/device fail due to you, the owner, pushing any said part anything past its factory form or calibration point as it was your decision to do so.

We will never aim to create issues or push your vehicle past its living capabilities unless otherwise requested.

Tuning your engine or transmission does not repair it

An engine or transmission calibration will not fix mechanical failures or issues.

if you find that you want to blame a calibration on issues we will investigate via data logging and diagnostics. Should issues be found inside our tuning it will be fixed without charge. Should issues be found outside of our tuning parameters ie. a rail pressure relief has failed or boost leak is detected you will be charged for technician time for diag/repair.

Double check your order

On each tuning order form we have a button that asks you to confirm you have double checked your order - if you fail to double check and information is incorrect delays will occur and any additional costs created by this is to be paid by the customer.

Do I need to pay for a tune revision?

If we send you a calibration and issues arise we will fix it free of charge however should you modify your vehicle or wish to make changes outside of said issues then yes a revision cost will be applied.

How do I contact Power House Diesel?

For emergency field repair we have a dedicated line however for anything related to engine management/tuning you must contact us via email through the "Create a support ticket" as its directed to the channel and is the absolute quickest form of contact. For example our field repair hotline will direct your call to a field technician and NOT our tuning department and they will not be able to assist you.

Lope tunes? Smoke tunes?

We do not support, endorse or generate lope/smoke tunes what so ever under any circumstances.
